I am a lifelong animal lover and have wanted to be a veterinarian since I was a kid. I grew up caring for a variety of pocket pets including guinea pigs, gerbils, frogs, birds and a hamster before convincing my parents to get a dog. I graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2015 with a degree in Biochemistry, and from Cornell University in 2019 with a DVM. In the course of my studies I dedicated myself to volunteer work with several animal shelters and sanctuaries and I have a huge spot in my heart for working with rescued pets. I also love to take care of pocket pets and exotic animals.
In my free time I love to travel, read, and practice guitar. I live on a small rescue farm with my supportive fiancé and our dog, cats, rescue horses and chickens.
